On this International Women's Day and every day at BioSS we aim to contribute to a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination, and ultimately  #InspireInclusion, the great motto for this year's celebration.

Last October we celebrated the International Women in Statistics and Data Science Day with a talk from Prof. Rachel McCrea (University of Lancaster) and would like to share the fantastic work that she does in Statistical Ecology.
